Terms and conditions displayed within contain information when attending any of our Glitter ‘N’ Groove events. Please read them carefully before buying tickets to our shows.. 

Keeping up to date with terms and conditions of the show is your responsibility. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Any breaches made to terms and conditions within this text could result in refusal of ticket, removal from event without refund or compensation entitlements.

Our events may contain the following and is not limited to flashing/strobe lights, loud music, confetti canons, smoke machine and pyro technics. Please be advised it will not be safe for those with epilepsy and other conditions with photosensitivity to light.

All shows are over 18+. Should you not be of age or have relevant documentation to back up your date of birth during admission to the event will result in not gaining access and no refund will be issued due to this.

Entry not guaranteed if arrival after stated show time on your email is missed. You should receive this email including show times once you have made a successful ticket booking. If you have not received an email please check your junk mail.

All customers must comply with all venues, as well as the Glitter ‘N’ Groove establishment rules, before, during and after the show or you will be removed from the event with no refund entitlements .

Glitter ‘N’ Groove reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the lineup, schedule, and venue, at any time. We will notify ticket holders of any significant changes as soon as possible.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund may be requested within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Although we advertise, advise and remind customers dancing on anything other than the floor is not permitted. Any injuries that occur as a result of this will be solely and entirely the responsibility of the customer. 

Ticket holders attend events at their own risk. Glitter ‘N’ Groove is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

When attending Glitter ‘N’ Groove events, we hold the right to full use of any media imagery & video recordings made during the duration of any event. This media can be used for Glitter ‘N’ Groove as well as the venues/partners promotional footage throughout websites or social media platforms. Ticket holders are prohibited from recording the event for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

 Tickets are non refundable 24 hours after purchase.
